WELCOME TO SALT & STONE

I believe everyone deserves a moment of calm and relaxation. That's why I have opened Salt and Stone in the beautiful country town of Te Kauwhata. Here you can come to be relieved of your stress, aches and pains and get your body and soul back in balance.

I come from a small town in Sweden called Helsingborg where I trained to be a Masseuse specialising in Swedish classic massage, connective tissue and trigger point massage. After 5 years in the industry I trained in reflexology.

As soon as you step in to Salt & Stone you'll feel a sense of peace. The relaxing ambiance in the cabin makes your treatment complete, leaving you feeling balanced, rejuvenated and relaxed.

VISION

I wanted to create a space where you can come to find your moment of calm. Massage & Reflexology can help restore health and balance - creating a calming and balancing effect on the nervous system. It can also ease your aches and pains, as well as improve sleep, circulation and facilitating over all relaxation.

Just had the best massage at 34 weeks pregnant from Sandra! She got all my aches and pains sorted and I have slept so much better since.
I couldn't fault the experience Sandra offers at Salt and Stone. She is warm and welcoming, her beautiful studio is a little bubble of relaxation and her massage leaves you feeling fresh, light and tension free.
